About

I became a Pilates enthusiast in 2002 while attempting to “get back into shape” after giving birth to twin daughters. It revolutionized my body and life, and a passion was born. I am certified through the Physical Mind Institute in New York City. I also train with experienced instructors through “Traditional” intensive workshops and private sessions, including Peter Fiasca, Siri Galliano, Mejo Wiggin and Jay Grimes, combining learned training techniques to provide what is needed for the student. I find that the learning of this method never ceases, and it never ceases to amaze me.

I like to keep up with a variety of resources for new approaches, techniques, and strategies in order to better serve my students. My vision is in line with Dr. Kenneth Cooper: “developing the knowledge needed to help people lead better, longer lives.” My desire is to help people achieve their goals, improve their lives, and inspire a love of movement through the practice of Pilates. Nothing excites me more than to watch a student progress and integrate Pilates into their daily lives. I own and operate Breathe Pilates Studio. I also teach at Cooper Aerobics Center at Craig Ranch. I am currently being trained and mentored by Romana Kryzanowska, ChaCha Guerrero and Michael Rooks  with Pilates Heritage at Metroplex Pilates in Arlington, Texas. It is an honor to be trained in the true method the way Joseph Pilates originally taught “Contrology”.
